The 2025 Taiwan Culinary Exhibition was held from August 1 to August 4 at Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1, inviting visitors to taste signature dishes from across Taiwan.
Food is not only a gateway to tourism but also a meaningful part of daily life in Taiwan. The aim of the Taiwan Culinary Exhibition is to unite resources, showcase the value of Taiwan’s food culture, and drive the growth of the culinary tourism industry.
The 2024 edition featured four major themed zones:
“Taste of Taiwan”
“Award-Winning Delicacies”
“International Flavors”
“Culinary Arts on Stage”
These zones reflected the diversity and richness of Taiwanese cuisine.
Over the four-day event, 104,575 visitors attended, with around 240 chefs and artisans participating. Nearly 400 culinary shows, food lectures, and cooking workshops were held onsite.
The 2025 Taiwan Culinary Exhibition continues from August 1 to 4 at Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1, aiming to further expand on key culinary themes and enhance the overall exhibition quality. This food carnival seeks to bring the charm of Taiwanese cuisine to international audiences—making food a common language between Taiwan and the world.
